    We offer 3 years warranty for our products. If the device is not working, first we will arrange online technical support, and customers can return the device if still can’t solve problem, we will send new device or repair the device after receiving the returns.

    What is the order delivery lead time?

    Small quantity order can be send out within 1-3 days since we keep stock of the ordinary models. Mass order production can be finished within 15-20 days.
