Insidestream ETCO2 Sensor Compatible with Respironics Loflo LH820

The Low Flow Sidestream ETCO2 (End-tidal CO2)Module CO2 Sensor is the ideal low sampling-rate capnography solution for your patient monitoring system. The sidestream ETCO2 Module(End-tidal CO2) Model LH820 features cutting-edge technology for measurement of End-Tidal Carbon Dioxide (ETCO2) and respiratory rate. It delivers a clear, accurate capnogram at all respiratory rates up to 150 breaths per minute. With a sampling rate of 50 mL/min, it is ideal for use on adult, pediatric and infant patients; patients undergoing procedural sedation; and short-term mon-itoring of intubated patients.

Model LH820 was designed to be compatible with Respironics. Our ETCO2 module is intended to work with those monitors that were designed to have the CO2 function once a Respironics Made addon module Loflo is added. LH820 is intended to replace the Respironics LoFlo module at a lower cost. Many manufacturers like Edan, NewTech, Contec are using the Respironics Loflo module, they can be replaced with our LH820 module at a much lower cost with same performance.

The sidestream end-tidal CO2 module is the most popular ETCO2 module in the market, the module no longer need to occupy any interior space of the hosting hardware, (monitors, breathing machine or anesthesia machine) so that the assembling of the module and the host has become very easy. The Low Flow Sidestream ETCO2 module LH820 is easy to implement. Different from mainstream  ETCO2 module, which usually takes a long time to evaluate whether it is going to be integrated with the host system, the sidestream model can be implemented as simple as plug & what is needed is installing an 8-pin LEMO socket on the host panel, power is supplied to the module via a cable, the measurement data will be read from the module, thus assembly of the module and the host is completed. Detailed communication protocol will be provided together with the sidestream ETCO2 module, monitors manufacturers simply complete the corresponding the display according to the provided communication protocol, everything will become so easy. Even more pleasing is, the communication protocol of our CO2 module is compatible with the Sidestream LoFlo CO2 module by Respironics, which means existing Respironics sidestream CO2 module users do not need to change even a program code, simply plug in our CO2 module and it will work perfectly and you are making the switch seamlessly.

The Low-flow design (low sampling rate) better matches the performance of the water line, and gets rid of the trouble of installing the water trap and its bracket on the monitor; it also reduces environmental pollution caused by exhaust gases, and is good to monitoring newborns with less exhaled gas and other occasions.
